Ellen was very helpful with my situation. I placed my car with another company weeks befor and could not seem to get a truck. They called and told me that a truck could pick it up but it was going to cost me two hundred and fifty more dollars. They then put it out on "the board" at that price with out my consent. Ellen was advised of all of this and instructed me on what to do. Less than a week after talking with her my car was in my hands. I will defiantly use her again. Thank you Ellen!!
