I am very apologetic for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your transport as it is always my sincerest intention to accommodate my clients as much as possible Being a 5 star rated business is of the utmost importance to myself and my staff as we work in an industry riddled with fraud and deception I can only say that there were difficulties with this transport and I am very sorry that things did not go as smoothly as you had hoped
We secured a carrier to pick up on Dec 29 as contracted for the amount quoted but the truck suffered a blown hydraulic pump and immediately had to be repaired These situations do happen and throw everybody off course but rather than let you down I worked tirelessly throughout the New Years holiday and two major winter storms to scramble to secure another carrier immediately
The best carrier available was coming through Charlotte and was a few dollars more but could meet the criteria for pick up by Jan 8 and normal transport across country is always 7 to 10 days
I am appreciative of the kind remarks towards myself and my company as we did our best during this hectic season I hope that I can again secure your business if ever you need it hopefully not during the winter
