Due to unforseen requirements, I had to cancel my request to have my vehicle shipped. Nonetheless, I was very impressed with Gold Star's customer service that I thought they deserved a positive review. Ellen was very prompt in returning my phone calls which indicates to me that communication with the customer is one of her priorities. She was very flexible with my ever-changing schedule, up to the time when I had to cancel my shipment, and was patient in explaining what I should expect from a shipping service. I would definitely seek her company's services in the future.
