I contacted them at the last moment. I was given a 24 window. The driver was very good and kept us informed when he will be arriving. He also called us on the way to check when we will be arriving. We drove cross country from CA to PA.By the time we reached, the car was already there. Drive had to delay the deliver as we did not reach the destination. I will go with them again.
