Alan is a good guy but a lousy communicator. Everything was going well until his driver never contacted him again. Instead of having the decency to let me know that the deal fell through, he decided to drop me and never call to give me with an update. Business is based on trust and unfortunately , Alan's word can not be trusted. I recommend some one with empathy and courage.
