Alan was very helpful and really prompt in answering all our concerns about our car and shipping, He was always available and responded in time. He was very good with managing the transportation and also providing us with the number of driver who was going to pick our car.(So that we can contact him directly if we have any concern)
It was our first experience to transport the car and frankly when we did some research on the net we were kind of worried. But now after this experience i think i will definitely suggest Goldwing Auto Carrier to any of my friends.
