While doing research to figure out what car company to use to ship my car 3,000 miles across the country, I contacted about 7 different ones. Lou Angel of Goldwing Auto Carriers was the most prompt and emailed me back within a day. The rest of the companies took at least a week, or even failed to respond to my email.

Lou Angel and everyone involved in the process of shipping my car was an absolute dream to work with. They always were prompt to return my phone calls and emails and were very thorough and patient in answering all of my questions. They were always concerned to make sure that my needs were met. I could not have asked for a more dependable, responsible and friendly company to work with. I would 100% use Goldwing Auto Carriers again and recommend the company to any friends or family. I watched my car get loaded and unloaded off the truck and felt very confident when I met the truck driver who took my car cross country. There was absolutely no damage to my car whatsoever and there was nothing stolen. I couldn't have dreamed of a simpler process!
