After searching for 2 years to find the right vehicle for my wife - I purchased an 2010 IS250 from a dealer in OH to have vehicle shipped back to WA. After being inundated with quotes I narrowed it down to 3 companies, all with good reviews. I was not going to risk damaging this vehicle with any shipper.

After sending emails - Alan promptly responded and answered questions. The other two candidates, not so hot on the timely communication. Timing was critical as I was only in town for a day to sign paperwork for vehicle and dealer did not want vehicle on lot for a long time after transaction was complete. Alan provided two options - one was a 4 day window (which would also have worked) and one was on day I was there. Difference of $50 for driver. Choice was mine. I decided that I'd rather be there when vehicle was picked up. I was provided with driver details so I could contact him directly during transport.

Everything went smoothly for the pick-up. Expected a week for delivery and to my amazement the vehicle showed up 4 days later in Seattle. It was dirty from the ride across the country in winter on an open trailer but that is simply the time of year and mode of transport (open trailer). Nothing that a quick trip to the car wash didnt sort out. Door to door service - or as close as you can get with the 80ft car transporter. The price was not the cheapest but definately not the most expensive ranged from 760 - 1200.

The service provided was top notch and I'd definately use Goldwing again for transporting a vehicle.
