After thay got poor feed back someone has got back to me and I don't know he is and never talked to him Alan Beveridge I left feed back and thay said to the review and rating company thay never had a shipping order for me and out of the blue thay found it after I sent my copy to the review board. You got to understand without customers you have nothing and yes we can dictate when a driver is supposed to get their vehicle picked up we pay you you don't pay us. Your salesman Lou Angel told me he would pick it up by 07/22/2012 and that's why I gave him a deposit and on 07/23/2012 when I called him he said he didn't know when he could get a truck there and I told him anouther trucking was there and could haul it for me and he said ok and he Lou Angel would refund me my deposit. You could have just answer my calls and this could have been taken care of without all this trouble but as of yet I still haven't recieved a call from Lou I think this is just bad business and if you look at more of your reviews people are saying the same things as me no return phone calls. I thought this was a 5 star company Lou got back to me very fast before he got my money and after he got my money I never heard from him again untill I told him I was going to get someone else to haul and again he said he was going to give me my deposit back because he couldn't get it hauled.
