Terrible Customer Service

I found GoodFellas through an online car transport quote generator that provided quotes from various vendors. Goodfellas came in at the lowest price, and I unwisely did not look at reviews before contacting them. Bert was all over me in the beginning to get the contract signed and locked in. We arranged for the vehicle to be picked up Friday from Texas as the owner was leaving Friday evening on a flight to Seattle and would not be returning to Texas.

They never showed. My friend was left scrambling to try to find someone to turn his car over to while he tried to sort it all out. They never even called to say they weren't coming. My friend had to call them, he was informed that the driver was fired and they couldn't pick it up until Tuesday. No apology or explanation.

The car was eventually picked up, after jumping through hoops and being majorly inconvenienced by the whole matter. I have called, emailed, and left messages for Bert to address the situation and get it fixed to my satisfaction. I have been completely ignored. No response to my phone calls or emails. This place is ridiculously unprofessional. The good news is with service like this they won't be in business for long. Save yourself the headache and pay a little more to go with a reputable company that stands behind their service and isn't afraid to admit when they've made a mistake.
