This was my first time using vehicle transport services so initially I was apprehensive. There mixed reviews on different companies all over the web. Googa seemed to have a lot of positive review, so I used Googa to transport the vehicle from Michigan to NC. I paid higher than the initial estimate but Steve was upfront about driver demands as they conract the drivers to deliver. There were no extraneous or surprise fees; what Steve verbally quoted was exactly what was in the contract. Payment was via Zelle, Paypal or Venmo. I used Zelle. Diego delivered the car safely and Steve was contact with me after delivery to check that everything went well. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.
