They picked up a Mercedes top, two covers, and the stand in San Diego, called to verify delivery and then proceeded to leave the shipment in Des Moines, Ia. with someone I didn't know. They didn't call to let me know. The guy in Des Moines called to let me know he had it and that it was damaged and didn't want to be blamed for it, and told me he would deliver it on a snowmobile trailer sometime in a month or so. Called and told GTM and they blamed everyone else. Finally agreed to have it fixed with my approval. Didn't happen. They had it fixed as cheaply as possible and it looked it. Then they wouldn't deliver it but finally had the body shop bring it up to Mpls. in an open pickup, with no padding or protection and it was further damaged. . Then the guys dropped it on my driveway. The top cover was all tore up and greasy. The top had to be redone but GTM would only pay $150 to have it buffed out. I had to have it re-done at my expense. They refused to do anything about the covers. They have refused to answer calls or emails. Not a class act for a class car transporter. Think long and hard before using them.
