I purchased a Lamborghini Gallardo from Las Vegas and was recommended to use Gran Turismo from the dealer to ship it back to NJ. This was the worst recommendation anyone could have made to me. Please understand, I am a new car dealer and I deal with many transportation companies on a daily basis. However, since the vehicle is for my personal use I wanted "the best" to bring it home. The pick up time from the dealer was less than 24 hrs from my payment which was great. It was the duration of the delivery time which has been horrific. According to the staff... my vehicle was picked up and sat on the main carrier for a week while they were able to "fill" more spots on the truck, once it was on its way, the driver got fired, then the new driver had to do some unexpected pick ups and deliveries along the way. As he made his way thru Maryland, which took over 24 hrs., a customer didn't show to pick up his vehicle, so he killed two days there. I consistently had to reach out to them and find out what was going on, as they never called me to up date me or give me any type of ETA. Basically, the point I'm getting at is this company was full of excuses and never recognized the problem. As a customer I shouldn't have to suffer from these dilemmas, they are the companies problem and not mine. And quite frankly, I paid for a service and thats what I want, good customer service. I was stressed out for almost three weeks, because I didn't know what happend to my car. Was it wrecked and getting repaired, did I get scammed? It wasn't an easy feeling to have. As of this minute I still have not received my Gallardo. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
