dear roger e, I'm extremely upset ....last saturday i called your company to have truck to be delivered to new orleans area....it was very important to have the truck delivered by dec 27.....i was assured that it could be done....if it could not have been then i would have been ok and called someone else.....i did not argue about price...all i wanted was it to be delivered by the 27th.....you see i explained to victor that it was mr randy 60th surprise birthday party.....mr randy was the guy who was like a father to me and took me off the streets to work in his mechanic shop......i was a very poor kid and was getting into a lot of trouble.....if it wasn't for him i would have been dead or in jail.....i worked hard and i did well for myself ....now i can afford to do something nice for him. but now I'm embarrassed to go to the party because I've told his family members that the truck would be there but it won't . the truck could've been picked up monday but they didn't until tuesday .....they could've started driving tuesday but they didn't and now can not deliver on time because of weather.....or they couldve just been honest and said no we can't do it on time.......i feel hustled ...embarrassed....angry....and i feel like a jackass for tell everyone what victor told me...." don't worry it will be on time"...... mr randy is probably the most important person in my life....also it may have not been victors fault but i told him many many time how important it was .....uz transport, who y'all contracted the delivery to, was pretty rude too....i don't think they gave a sh*t about my feelings
