This was a first class experience from the beginning. I spoke with the comapn president for my consultation. Dan basically taught me every single trick these brokers have been using on me all these years!
Then, my designated agent, Mike was the nicest guy I've ever dealt with. I knew his life story by the time I received my car (which was in PERFECT SHAPE).
Kudos to the GCS team, they remind me of a time when customers were valued.
