I setup a car shipment with these people from CO to FL 4 weeks prior to the move date, and paid a reservation of $400 via CC. I called a week before the move date to setup a pickup date/time per the prior agreement and basically got BS excuses for 4 days. Then I was I was told the driver left Chicago on Thursday morning. On Friday I asked where the driver was for an ETA. was told he doesn't answer his phone, we don't know, etc. Then after midnight I received a text that the driver had a heart attack in Nevada and they were going to fly another driver out to take over. Then on Saturday I was told that the driver is flying in to Chicago Sat afternoon, so of course I ask why he isn't flying in to Nevada since that is where the trailer is. I get more BS in return and my car never gets picked up. I was told they would refund my deposit. I wait a few days and ask about the refund and was told they sent me a check. Why didn't you refund my CC? No response and 3 weeks later still no check. These guys are terrible, I would NOT recommend them to anyone to ship anything.
