I had been extremely overwhelmed with all the quotes I was receiving from Car Transporters all over. I wanted to be sure that I selected one that would not rip me off or damage my car, because we did have a not so great experience in the past. Joanne (Grifo) put me at ease and was very kind, she was not pushy like so many others that were calling me and sending me emails. Great customer service, they got right back to me, if I emailed or called. The transaction went very smoothly and my son received his car on Monday as promised with no damage whatsoever. Great Service and I would totally recommend Grifo to anyone that needs to transport their vehicles. I plan on using them again for when I retire to another state.
