After taking to dozen of Broker's. I happen to settle with Grifo auto transport. They charged $700 to move vehicle from Texas to Michigan.

I want to say a bit on this business. There are hell lot of companies who are Broker's and competition is high. But 80% of them does not have customer service skills. They talk rudely, unprofessional way. You feel really annoyed. I also noticed most Broker's will do trick to shell out 50 or 100 bucks more on top of agreed quote. what they do is when you finalize everything. They will call you and say hey Driver is ready to pick up on so and so date. Obviously you will tell them that's not possible you need an early date. He will keep the phone saying he will call driver and check. Now he will call again in an hour and tell you driver is saying he can pick up early & maybe tomorrow but he is asking $50/100 more. Our reaction will be what?? Are you kidding me.. why didn't you tell me this when i gave you the order. Different Broker's might cook up some similar story but they will come back asking for $50-100 increase.

Now, let me say about my movement experience with Grifo Auto. They are professional. I give them 5 stars when it comes to timelines. They are good in terms of communication. They picked and delivered my vehicle the date they told me. I worked with Lenny who gave me a quote and sounded professional. So i took a chance and decided to go with them. But it turned out positive. The only incident i remember is they also tried the trick of $ 50 more for early delivery.. hahaaaaaa.. But i told him i had already cancelled an order for $600 and agreed your order for $700 just because he played trick after everything was finalized. which i really did. later Lenny called me back and confirmed he would do it at the same price with no change of date. I call that as a professional... I would recommend Grifo auto if you have transport need and I would definitely go to them in future.
