Unfortunately, the customer was lied to by other brokers. The customer emailed my company requesting a carrier and provided us with his pickup and delivery information, along with agreeing to the pricing. We submitted the request and once we provided him with a confirmation, he asked us to remove the listing. The listing was removed and he continues to harass my company by sending emails to remove his vehicle which we no longer available to the carriers.
