Let me first start by saying that I am a type A personality to the utmost and I am extremely hard to please. I was inconsistent with my dates for picking up the vehicle because I had purchased the vehicle online and was working with the dealer in Florida over the phone trying to finalize the purchase & schedule for them to release the vehicle to the transport company. Therefore, I am not blaming Grifo for the late pickup because I provided conflicting information several times throughout the process. I was provided with a contract which I signed & faxed back with my credit card information for the $150 upfront cost. I was told that the delivery would take 3 days, but it did not. The vehicle arrived in Indiana far sooner than was stated. I paid the remaining $450 to the driver upon inspection and delivery. Everything was handled fast and the vehicle arrived in the brand new condition that I purchased it in. I have absolutely no complaints (which is unbelievable for me). Lenny was very pleasant to deal with even though I was inconsistent throughout the entire process.
