Told lies, couldn't deliver.

Claimed that they would be using their own truck and this was the reason to use them instead of a broker. Also, the order said there would be no charge until the car was picked up, but they charged a $125 deposit 4 days before the scheduled pickup. Next, the scheduled pick up day came and went, then phone calls to them went unreturned. Finally they told me that the truck had broken down and they couldn't get it for three more days. Later learned that the order to transport the car was out for bid and had never been accepted by anyone. Apparently, Jeff was just trying to buy more time to try to find a truck to haul my car.

Bobby, sorry you feel that way. As the mananging partner here at ground force one I strive to make sure that every delivery goes smoothly. Because we own and operate our trucks and are fully licensed as a carrier through the fmsca truck breakdowns are a part of every day life. We apologize for the fact that we did in fact have an equipment delay which is why your deposit was refunded instantly. Best of luck with your new car, sorry we were delayed
