Although they had some trouble with their trasport truck in the very beginning and again near the end of the delivery, they were very curteous and helpful. I had shipped a car out to my daughter and the driver was in constant contact with her, advising her of the delay and giving her an updated ETA.

I am a veteran Police Detective and checked out Ground Force prior to shipping. They are honest and willing to work with you. I gave them a 5 star rating, dispite the delay in arrival of the car, due to my ability to be in constant contact with them. I see no reaon to down-grade their service becasue of unexpected mechanical trouble.

I dealt with Jeff in the beginning and then had constant contact with the driver of the delivery truck. Both men were professional and a credit to their profession
