Rude and not responsive

I contracted with this company thru a broker and made arrangements to pay them thru my pay pal, the broker was ok with it and told me they would pay the transporter. Pick up was late by 2 days after talking to the driver I agree to have it picked up anyway. he give an estimate of the arrival and was on his way. when the car did not arrive, I began to call the driver it took 2 days of constant calling before he answer. he gave some excuses as to why he was behind and gave me yet another estimate of when it would be delivered. Again the car did not make it there and I began to call 2 days and never did he answer the phone and/or call me and let me know what was going on. The car finally arrived and they did not honor the deal made with the broker they demanded CASH and threaten to hold the car hostage.

I spoke to whom I only assume it's the owner of the company and I have never dealt with such rude, arrogant and disrespectful individual. He was yelling and would not let me talk and try to make arrangements for my daughter to get the cash. He was rude to her and I can't believe that people like that are in business. This was such horrible experience and I would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I hope that other people read this and stay away from this company they don't deserve anyone's business
