My arrangement was a tricky one with trying to be able to meet the truck 4 hours from my home, across the border. Tom Marino of Guaranteed Auto Shipping (508) 579-7106 was recommended by the auto dealer where I bought my truck. I obtained quotes from 10 other companies and initially Tom came out as the most expensive. I had spoken with him early on, before committing to any carrier and called him back to see if he could adjust his price a bit to be closer to the middle of the pack. He "sharpened his pencil" and provided a quote that was right in the middle. I called back and booked him right away. He kept in touch via phone and emails throughout the transport (I should add that he even answered calls from home in the evening!!) and had the truck driver call me a day in advance. Everything went smoothly and my Ridgeline arrived in good shape with only some bugs on it and a minor amount of hydraulic fluid that squirted out when one of the carrier ramps was lowered. My truck washed up spotless. I'd recommend Tom and Guaranteed to anybody. Top notch service! The actual car carrier truck was ANBE Inc.
