Shipping with Guaranteed Auto Shippers - Beware ....

The pick up of my fathers 2005 Toyota 4-Runner was on time. Apparently after picking up the final load of cars and trucks in Houston, the first truck hauler quit because he didn't like the truck that was given to him. That truck driver basically walked away and left the entire truck load of cars and trucks somewhere in Texas. The owner of the Truck hauler company flew out to Texas and found another truck driver to deliver all the vehicles that was scheduled for delivery on that truck hauler . I was told that no later than Saturday or at the latest -Sunday, my Dad's Toyota 4-Runner would be delivered ... (which was almost a week later than scheduled). Saturday and Sunday has come and went .... No calls from the truck drive, the owne,r nor my representative at Guaranteed Auto Shippers ... even though I have left 5 messages on the truck drivers cell phone.
My recommendation to anyone and everyone after this experience with "Guaranteed Auto Shipping" is to DO NOT USE THEM as I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I have used a company in the past called Dependable Auto Shippers about 12 times and have never had any problems whatsoever. Guaranteed Auto Shipping has been the most poorly run shipping company I have ever used.
