I wanted to make this review to say how pleased I am with Guardian. I had contacted them late June 2012 about transporting a repossessed car from Florida to Maine. I had used the link from the google search, not realizing I got sent to more than 1 broker. I verbally committed to Guardian by phone the last week of June for a non priority transport. I then went on vacation the first week in July with my notes for the transport left with my supervisor. Unfortunately, my supervisor handled a call that week that she "thought" was from the transport outfit doing the job and she did the details and deposit thing. I just found out on the 19th of July,the outfit she dealt with was not through Guardian. When Guardian's outfit tried to transport the vehicle, it had already been picked up!
Once I found out what happened and spoke to Guardian about our miscommunication, they were extremely pleasant and understanding. I felt really bad about what had happened but I was and still am very pleased with Guardian in all my contacts with them throughout this. My credit union rarely has a need for this type of service. I have come from a background with another financial institution which did need this type of services alot. I must say that Guardian is right up there with the best of the brokers I had dealt with in the past. I will definitely have them at the top of my list if the need for this type of services comes up again for my credit union.
