Hi Fellow Shippers~

This is actually the second time I have used Henry at HJM shipping to transport my vehicle. The first time was about 10 months ago when I moved from Chicago to Kentucky and now from Kentucky to California. I know that when I originally was checking into shipping my car the internet tends to be a scary place suggesting all sorts of horror stories etc, but I took a chance anyway figuring insurance would back me up if needed. What I can tell you is that Henry removes the mystery and threat of auto transport. He is straight forward and honest with what to expect in the whole process. From a customer service perspective, Henry is great and always available day or night to answer any questions I might have had. The whole process was painless and basically worry free. With Henry all you need is a few calls/emails to convey the details and Henry does the rest. On a personal note, he remembered me when we spoke almost a year later and was able to recall actual details of my first move. This speaks to his dedication to his customer and his reputation. If you plan on shipping a vehicle you need to give Henry a call first. He will do what it takes to earn your business and you will be thankful for the hassle-free process, trust me. I am sure I will move again in the future, as it is the nature of my job, and I will never use another shipper out there. In fact, I have already passed Henry’s info to 2 of my associates for their moves for these reasons.
