The exact same thing happened to me two days ago!

Be carefull guys instead of Quote he gives you an order number.

Usually the transportation process goes this way you ask for a quote and then the companies send you the quote (email you) based on the pick up and destination locations you mention. When you agree to place the order with the company they place your vehicle information and your order number on the national board.

HJM gives you an order number instead of the quote and puts you on the national board .But its a rule that a transport company can put you on the national board only after the customer places an order with them and pays them. Doing so the company gets the right or monopoly to work and transport that particular vehichle with the customers(vehichle owners) permission. This guy I don't how he placed my order on national board without me placing the order with him and I was shocked to see that. Thanks to Bill the president of transport company named Transport Connection, who noticed it quickly and send me an email. If Bill wouldn't have told me about this it would have been a trouble for me since once your car and order are placed on national board you can't place the order with other auto shipping companies.

I have no personal grudge with this guy running HJM shipping, butut this not fair to the customer or other broker/shipping companies
