I had hired a shipping service through a different broker who promised a pick up and never showed up and wouldn't return my calls, leaving me high and dry. HJM arranged an emergency pick up on a Sunday, the car was picked up Tuesday morning, and delivered one one day. The price of the enclosed carrier was only a fraction more than the quoted prices for open carriers. This broker is AWESOME!
