Henry answered my online inquiry and everything was taken care of within minutes. He hired me a really good trucker at a good price, considering my car did not run and was locked in park with steering wheel locked. The car was picked up quickly at the insurance auction lot before any storage fees accrued, and arrived 2 days later 1200+ miles away. The transport was handled as good as any I've done, the communication was very clear and transparent, and I will definitely use HJM again.
