We were left hanging by a "no show" car transport firm. I( answered HJM's email, and Henry got back to me. This was on a weekend - he posted the job, and kept in touch with me Sat, and Sun. Got a transporter to p/u our (2) vehicles Monday.
We had the movers Monday, and left So. Carolina in our RV to our new home in Oregon. Henry stayed in touch w/us, confirming the cars were picked up.
He had done his homework on the carrier too - insurance and licenses were in place.
The transporter stayed in touch w/us as we both went cross country, and the cars were delivered to us the day after our arrived in Oregon.
HJM and Henry are 5 star - honest, conscientious, hard working - a pleasure to work with.
