The Broker I selected (AAA Auto Movers- they are not very professional) assigned the 1972 Chevelle I purchased on EBay to HLH Trucking out of Erie,PA on Friday June 2nd - the car arrived in PA on Saturday June 11th - not great but OK - HLH originally said they would pick up the car on Monday June 5th - then when I didn't hear from them and called them, they said the truck broke a hub and wouldn't pick up the car until Tues or Wed - the car was picked up Wed at 1PM but didn't leave Denver until Thursday morning - it took 2 1/2 days to arrive - was told to expect the car between 11am - 2pm - then was called at 2pm and told expect the car 2:30-3:00pm, then called at 3:00pm and told expect the car at 3:30pm - not a big deal, but not outstanding service - I paid HLH $755 and had already paid AAA Automover $175 (and all they did was place the order with HLH) - the car was very dirty when it arrived (although it rained most of the way through Ohio) and the interior was pretty dirty - HLH needs to greatly improve its communication to the customer - they never seemed to call me, I had to always call them for an update - and when you're moving a rather expensive item like your car, you expect better customer service
