This experience was a nightmare. I called them the first week of Dec and arranged to get my car picked up dec 17 to dec 20. I needed my car transported with time sensitivity and Olivia said no problem. Well they didn't call me on the 17 I called them and they had already gotten the date of pickup wrong but said they would get someone on the 19 and when that day came they didn't come and I had to call the truck company they assigned me to who later told me that their truck broke down and weren't coming. I called Josh and he said he was so busy with 1000 orders that he didn't know what happened. Then Olivia said she would dispatch my car hopefully by my date and I told her to call me daily to let me know what was happening. She did not call me or answer my email i sent. I didnt know what to do! It was horrible because they knew it was time sensitive and it was me that kept doing the work. I thought a good company was suppose to have good customer care and it wasnt up to me to figure out it all. I told her if it wasnt possible to dispatch it on the 26 . I'm already upset that they weren't the ones who knew what was happening and on the 26 Olivia was gone and Josh just kept telling me he will call me in an hour. That was the line they kept telling me and never called me . I gave them more then an hour every time and I had to be the caller. I had to cancel and they told me I have to wait until next Monday to get a refund. They didn't take me off the dispatch and I had to ask him 3 times before he was really willing to cancel the order. Obviously this place had so many cars that quality didn't matter anymore. They need more people to work for them and though Olivia talks like everything is done it ain't. The only thing they were fast at doing was taking the deposit. Josh is so stressed that I know how many orders he's doing at once to make me feel like I really don't matter because he's swamped. So their sales pitch quality over quantity is a lie. I hope they find some more help and better customer care because they can't handle it. I'm sure if I didn't call they would have just taken my deposit money and delivered the car whenever they wanted. Its wrong because my situation is so time sensitive. They didn't care that it was and didn't care that I depended and trusted them.

Harvester Trucking Inc. was in contact with the customer throughout the entire process. Harvester Trucking Inc. had a driver, GoGo Auto Transport Inc., assigned to this order within the dates the customer informed Harvester Trucking Inc. that the vehicle would be available. On Friday December 21, 2012 GoGo Auto Transport Inc. called to inform both Harvester Trucking Inc. and the customer, Jolene, that the truck was having mechanical problems and GoGo Auto Transport Inc. will no longer be able to pick up the vehicle. Harvester Trucking Inc. immediately called the customer, Jolene, to inform her that Harvester Trucking Inc. will be working on her order again and will contact her as soon as another driver is assigned. Harvester Trucking Inc. made several calls over the weekend in regard to this order, however due to the weekend and Christmas, Harvester Trucking Inc. was unable to get in contact as all companies were closed for Christmas and will re-open Wednesday December 26, 2012. Harvester Trucking Inc. received a phone call from the customer, Jolene, on December 26, 2012 to cancel the order. Harvester Trucking Inc. immediately fulfilled Jolene's request and cancelled the order.
