EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICING!!!

Before I spoke to Doug, I had litterally spoken with about 15-20 brokers regarding my brand new GMC Terrain transport from the dealership in Collinsville, Illinois to Bowie, Maryland. Needless to say that I got very mixed results from different people and had come to being very skeptal about the honesty of this industry. Then I spoke to Doug and was immediately taken with his straight-forward honesty and great customer service. The company has its own trucks but they also have good contact with other truckers. I was amazed that I received such a reasonable quote, almost $150 lower than the average I was getting some were as high as $1000 and as low as $500 but none could give me straight answers to the "beware" questions of this industry. About an hour after providing the deposit, I was notified that a truck had been assigned to pick up my Terrain. The truck arrived at the dealership before the 5pm Saturday closing. The truck driver and assistant driver kept me informed of their location en route and the Terrain was delivered Sunday night at about 10pm (with my prior-approval)They called me to let me know there had been a 2 hr delay on I70. Even though I gave Saturday as a pick up date, I wasn't expecting my truck to be pick up until Monday and delivered about 3 days later on Thursday. This was a delivery of a brand new truck that I had not seen until delivery so I was exceptionally excited. The truck didn't have a scratch. I had to tip the drivers for the deilvery. I would definately recommend Harverster Trucking to anyone and I would use them again for sure!!!
