Terrible Company

As with the majority of reviews concerning Harvester Trucking over the past few months, my situation is no different. They took the full cost of the transport per my credit card on day one. Then after the 7 business day allotment period I had not received any information from the company regarding dispatch or pick up of my car. After trying repeatedly to call Harvester Trucking with only voice mail answers, I emailed them a cancellation notice. Some guy named Jason then phoned me telling me that they needed a little more time to dispatch my car. I told him that I had followed their contract as written and that I wished to cancel the transport. He then told me that he would send my request over to Accounting and they would mail me a refund check. I then waited the 15 business days, as outlined in the contract, and of course NO CHECK. I am now working with my card company to issue a charge back in an attempt to recuperate my payment. Obviously this company has suffered some sort of breakdown over the past few months, but they are handling the situation in a very poor and inappropriate manner. I would stay very clear of this company!
