As a first time transport costumer I was clueless as to what I was getting into. Alex Charles called me and was very professional. He worked with me and made me promises. In the mean time all kinds of companies called me and bad mouthed his tackics and said he most definatly was a lier. I was blown away by this and then received a call from another professional Gentalmen who sold me on his services. I had received nothing from Alex unfortunately so beleiveing these other companies was easy to do. Little did I know that Alex was working hard for me and kept his promises. I had no idea that he was completely on top of my business. If I could go back give Alex Charles with Haul Away my buisness I would. Unfortunately I had already signed with another company. When Alex doesn't beat you down for a cc number or a contract it's not because he's a lier or a bad buisness man. It's because he's a trustworthy professional man. Sorry Alex. Sincerely, Paul
