I had to send a car from PA to San Diego, CA. Since it was a first time for me, I had to dive into the reviews in order to make a right choice. I got many calls, emails and messages from various companies. When I received a call from Josh Fuchs, I knew right away I'll go with Haul Away. He explained how this market works, warned me about some dishonest companies that try to get a deposit upfront and than don't do anything, or companies that make a big promises by telling that they have a driver ready. Apparently, no broker company has a driver. They are all in the same system. Basically, Josh has saved my time and prevented from unwanted events. He didn't make a big promises, but has been humble, attentive and delivered the service in a best and professional way (the car was picked up in a three days and has been delivered in a 5 days in a perfect condition). I could always reach him on the phone or an email. Ones, I texted him after the work hours with a question and didn't expect an answer at the same day. However, he called me right away, and it was his birthday party! Amazing! Thank you Josh for making my experience as smooth and stressless as possible! It's always nice to know there are people, who really care about others. I will recommend Haul Away to everybody. You guys rock! Thank you! :)
