Great and excellent exprience - - strongly recommend!!

It was my first time shipping my car and i have visited a number of websites and received a number quotes. I never have been confident in any one of them as what they promised through email is different from what they told me on phone. The customer complains on transport reviews also tells me the same. Some speak more about others too bad and say they are the best in the market. I did almost an agreement with CAR TRANSPORT EXPRESS except for little moment i had to read part of agreement that mentions even if the car is not moved in 10 calender days the deposit is non refundable and after that also i have to send in certified letter to a company to request the refund of my deposit. Most surprising thing is i can claim for the money by making a law suit at a specified local court(sorry, i am being lazy to get the name of the court from file). The representative urged me to sign the agreement online without giving me time to read... he just sent me the agreement by email, tells me to go down and just sign...speaking on phone. ....in short it was deceptive way and untrustworthy steps they were taking.

Because of this experience, i couldn't trust Haul Away Logistics as well. Moreover, i have received calls a number of times from a highly rated and with no customer complains company that warned me at the price i have my car never moves and i will loss the deposit and will be in trouble. Even though their price was too high ($200 difference) but because of the convincing argument he made, i was tempted to use their company. Then when checking for other quotes, i received i came across Haul Away Logistics and I contacted them with only one week remaining for my car's move. I talked to Declan and it was very nice and smooth. He understood my concerns and the issues i have been through. The price was comparatively low and that was why i was told my car never moves a that price. Declan has sent me an agreement and and i asked him some points to clarify for me (particularly what if my car doesn't move by then). He told me that i should not be worried about the agreement and i can pay the deposit after my car is moved. In two days Declan informed me that he has driver to pick up the car on same day i requested; still i couldnt believe because of the information I have received and even i thought this may be the way he wanted to convince me to pay the deposit. I was wrong, and he still didnt raise the issue of deposit. Finally I talked to the driver and he said he can come one day earlier or the day of pick up. so I continued to communicate with the driver and he picked the car the day of pick up. One day has passed since pick up and on the second day i paid the deposit even without them asking me about that. The good thing other than the excellent and trusworthy service is regarding payment arrangement. They dont request credit cards and the payment is using paypal. That is nice as no worries of being charged extra as the others do by changing prices using different reasons as excuse. You may check reviews on other companies that i have read....

I am more than satisfied (with no exaggeration!) by their services and strongly recommend to others.
