I made all of my plans relatively late, not a couple months ahead of time, so to have the whole process go SO SMOOTHLY was a big relief and really what made an impression on me. Daniel, the first person I contacted had everything setup for me in 24 hours with super clear instructions and both the pickup and dropoff went as expected, easily. The drivers call you with an update on your car and you have their information as well if you wanna call to check on your car. They driver also gives you a headsup so you have an expected window for pickup/dropoff.
