I was given a quote for 400 and in the email it said no hidden costs so I agreed to the estimate of 400 and gave vincent a 125.00 deposit when the car arrived the driver wanted 400 dollars which was suppose to be the total cost .So I called the company and Vincent wasn't there I talked to Catherine she told me to send her the estimate which I did after she received it she explained to me that Vincent should have told me that they also charged 125.00 fee to schedule the shipment I said that's not what I was told and that's not how people do business she said her company doesn't do business like that and said if I paid the driver the 400 she would refund my 125.00 deposit because they are sub contractors and have no way of paying them .So once again I took this company at there word that used to me something but she never refunded my card that was over 2 weeks ago I have know called my credit card company to contest the charge. I would never recommend this company first they gave me a price and tried to make it higher when the car was delivered and second they said they would refund my deposit and never did I'm really not sure how they could have 5 stars I think these reviews are stagged
