I was contacted by Sean and told he would look for drivers at a certain rate and if no one accepted the rate would go up. I only rec'd generic emails stating that a driver had been found but no rates were disclosed. I never responded to emails and did not receive any phone calls with updated information. I did not consent to anyone they hired to pick up my new truck in Oklahoma. I had not provided any credit card information to Haul Away Logistics. I was working with another broker that I had been in constant contact with for an agreed upon price of $399 including broker fee. I was looking for an update and contacted the dealership to know I was working on finding out when a hauler would be able to pick up my truck. I was told someone was already there and loading it!!! I had absolutely NO IDEA someone was dispatched to pickup my new truck from the dealer. There was a blind post that was accepted by the hauler at $595 including the broker fee. That's $200 higher than I was willing to pay and I had not consented to anyone hauling it yet!!! The broker I was legitimately working with helped me to contact the hauler together and come to an agreement so they could still haul the truck. I guarantee Haul Away Logistics would have tried to screw them over on a dead run fee! I was also told that there is a recent recorded phone conversation where Sean Irvin was impersonating a truck driver on another broker's posted haul. He is CLEARLY SHADY!!! Do not trust these people! I agree when another customer said some of these ratings may be rigged. Consider another broker before giving Haul Away ANY INFORMATION!!!
