I filled out a form to get my Prius transported from Miami to Houston and the response was overwhelming with all the calls, texts and emails. Being new to this I went with the lowest quote. That was a big mistake. The day before moving, Move Wheels calls me and with great news. They stated they have a carrier, h oh wever, it is 275 more than they quoted...No thanks I said.. I went back through the emails and I Haul Away. and spoke with Craig. I explained what had happened. He looked up my quote and transferred me to Chris.. After about 5 minutes speaking w/Chris, he said to sit back and relax, that he would get it done..Chris called me back at 7:30pm and asked if tomorrow early afternoon would be a good pick up time. I was a bit leary when I asked hom much but to my surprise, it was the price I was quoted.. We went with it and it was picked up and delivered on time. Thanks HaulAway
