VERY bad experience for me and vehicle holder! contracted with HaulAway a month & a half prior to pick up date, they said all would go smoothly. A week before pick up date Ralph/controller told us that he was working with 3 to 5 truckers, two days before pick up Ralph stopped contacting us, the day of pick up we were speaking to on a receptionist! Ultimately, we were forced to contract with another firm and never heard from HaulAway again. Lesson learned ~ read only reviews outside of a companies website, you'll get the real story on them.
