Purchased a vehicle from IAA in Detriot. We didn't have time to pick up the vehicle, so we called Haul Match and paid a higher fee for guaranteed delivery.
So originally Haul Matched charged my credit card 2 times. Had to call to get that reversed.
We are currently waiting to hear from some random driver that is demanding $500 cash on delivery. (VERY rude man). I feel like I'm in a hostage crisis with my vehicle!
We have been waiting 22 days.
How does this company get away with this??
I sure wish I had read reviews before contracting them.
