Do not ever ship a vehicle with this company. Everything they wrote on their website is a lie. I shipped a car to Ghana on 4th March, it's June 15th now and the car is still not yet in Ghana. I was told it will arrive on May 13th May, and later was told it will arrive on June 10th. It's June 15th now and no sign of when my vehicle will arrive. The container number I was provided with is invalid. Their website says 4-8 weeks yet I will be lucky to have my car in 4 months. Customer service is so dishonest and keep telling lies every time and making up fake delivery dates. When I complained about their negative attitude and their bad reviews and instead, they accused me of writing all the negative reviews about them which is an extremely stupid thing to say because some of the reviews dates as far back as 2014. The BOL sent to me was fake and can't be verified by the shipping line. It's crazy how IAAI will allow a company like this to even advertise with them.
