If you are reading this review, you are probably like me a few weeks ago, looking for reviews that had enough in them to make you comfortable about using a company. I have tried to summarize my experience with Head of the Pack Transport here, which was extremely positive.

Head of the Pack Transport (Todd) did a great job for me. Since I had never shipped a car before, I researched several companies and Head of the Pack had one of the best collection of reviews of all that offered a quote.

I had a lot of questions and Todd took the time to answer them all in a very straight forward manner. He took the tima to explain how the industry works, the role of brokers and truckers, etc. Not only pricing was very competitive, but in addition Todd was very forthright about what you should look for in companies who may not have the customer's best interests in mind. In reviewing about 8 quotes I recieved, I started picking up a few tricks that Todd mentioned theese companies would use.

Once I selected Head of the Pack Transport, Todd promptly sent all of the information and a contract. The part I liked the most: he did not charge his fee until the car in on a truck (most brokers want their fee up front). I entered into a contract with him on a Friday and by Monday at mid-day we already had the pickup scheduled for Tuesday. He sent me all the details on the trucking company including proof of insurance and did everything he said he would do.

Finally, the trucking company (Lindsey Delivery Service) called me up the day before to confirm delivery, then called me up with enough time in advance the day of delivery so I had ample time to go from my office to the house to accept delivery.

I highly recommend using Head of the Pack again.
