Todd was so informative about the whole process. I knew there may be some difficulty getting my car to a place that is a little off the beaten path (Auburn, Maine), but Todd kept me informed and made it happen. My car arrived in the exact condition it had been in when it left California. Even the truck driver was friendly and professional. I am really pleased with the experience I had using Head of the Pack.
