Do not use under any circumstances!!! They bid a low rate and took my deposit by credit card and provided a firm pick up date. The first date came and went with no pickup and no contact. I called them and spoke with Luis, who told me that the truck had "engine problems" and that a new truck would be there a few days later. I asked him then to be sure to call and let me know if that driver fell through. Of course, no pickup took place and I received no call. I contacted them again to see what the issue was and was given the standard line of "mechanical issues" again. I asked why I didn't get a call and the person on the phone said that he didn't know about the promise to make a call. I told him that I had no confidence at this point, and he called me a "dumb f- -" and hung up on me. I am a licensed dealer as well as an attorney - here is what this company does: They bid at low levels that they know they won't be able to secure, take the deposit, and then bait and switch, saying that they have a driver, but only at a higher rate. This is a very deceptive business practice, and I would advise avoiding this company at any cost.
