This review covers 2 separate issues. Please read carefully. On 7/13/24 I did an on-line search for a trucking company to ship a car for me from 1 location in Tennessee to another location in Tennessee. The next day I received no less than 15 inquiries from companies wanting to ship my car. Come to find out, what I did when I filled out the on-line form was ping numerous brokerage companies that arrange for trucking companies to ship goods or property all over the country and even over seas. these brokerage companies are third party venders for trucking companies. not quite understanding how all this worked, i got in touch with one of these brokerage companies. after a bit of discussion on what I wanted and the conditions I wanted met, i was told they could find me a trucking company to move my car and quoted me an attractive cost. Not yet understanding the brokerage side of this, I signed an agreement. When this company failed to meet my requirements, I canceled the agreement according to terms and conditions. After that, things went just a little sideways. However, when the dust settled, everything was fine and I moved on to find another broker. I got in contact with Victor Parker of Headway Auto Transport, Inc. Victor was told of my issue with the previous broker and assured me while at the same time providing valuable brokerage company information. I felt very comfortable with the information given and allowed Victor the opportunity to locate a trucking company to ship my car. Please note Fees quoted may not always end at the original quoted price. Truckers and companies base who gets priority based on the amount quoted. the higher the quote, the faster the results. Anyway, Victor Parker did a great job in locating a company and driver for the price quoted to me. The move went off on time and with NO issues.
