Cannot contact ANYONE at the Company

My car was picked up and delivered on time. The issue was that the company pulled the balance due for the delivery 3 days after they pulled the deposit. The driver who dropped off my car was a third-party who was not affiliated with Heartland Trucking and had to be paid before I received my car. The representative from Heartland Trucking, John Anthony, stated the money due back to me would be returned in about 3 days. That was two weeks ago. I have left John Anthony multiple messages with no reply and received an email from him stating he had done the return himself. I cannot get a reply from the company, from John Anthony and there is NEVER anyone who actually answers the phone. If ANYONE has a better way of contacting this company, I would greatly appreciate it.
